I'm not sure who made this magazine. It has a DSA floorplate and follower but their website says their mags, which haven't been available for a few years, have witness holes and show a shiny finish. This one has no witness holes and a parkerized finish. So, I'm nut sure if someone bought those two pieces and added them to someone else's mag or what!!!
Look at the pics. It's been in a magwell and has had brass loaded but it obviously hasn't been more than a time or two.
