  1. I have read and accept the classified system rules and terms of service.
I'd say its a long story, but it's really not.
I have acquired a 16" .50 beowulf upper at a phenomenal price. - that part was easy.
The hard part is assembling it into a rifle without buying a lower.
At my age bracket (18-20), I can buy long guns but not stripped lowers.

I need a basic, cheap ar-15 *rifle*. (See picture for example.)
Preferably one marked cal-multi like some palmetto state armory PA-15s.
Please no nonstandard configurations (monolithic/integrated trigger guard/skeletonized/etc.)
You can hold onto the furniture, magazine, flash hider, iron sights, etc if you'd like. I already have the furniture and sights I want picked out and will be swapping the 5.56 upper.

Preferred FFL is Oregon Rifleworks.

Figure 250-400$, depending on how nice the rifle/brand is I can offer more.

Ive got one that's an M4 "clone" with .22 conversion kit

It's kitted out, I'd do $675 shipped with the conversion, $550 without. Message me if you're interested. It's a factory Ballistic Advantage Upper, aero M4E1 lower with aero LPK, Sig Romeo 7, quad rail, etc

I appreciate the offer, but that's more than I need at the moment.

One suggestion is to look for a rifle with no BCG. I unloaded a few of these before Covid hit. You should be able to find one without a BCG under $200 these days with AR15 deflation that has occurred.

Another option might be to find a buyer who is willing to buy the upper only back if you are not happy with the complete rifle. Cheap uppers can be a hit or a miss. I would understand a buyer wanting some sort of return option but returning the serialized portion would be a no go option with transfer requirements.
