I'd say its a long story, but it's really not.
I have acquired a 16" .50 beowulf upper at a phenomenal price. - that part was easy.
The hard part is assembling it into a rifle without buying a lower.
At my age bracket (18-20), I can buy long guns but not stripped lowers.
I need a basic, cheap ar-15 *rifle*. (See picture for example.)
Preferably one marked cal-multi like some palmetto state armory PA-15s.
Please no nonstandard configurations (monolithic/integrated trigger guard/skeletonized/etc.)
You can hold onto the furniture, magazine, flash hider, iron sights, etc if you'd like. I already have the furniture and sights I want picked out and will be swapping the 5.56 upper.
Preferred FFL is Oregon Rifleworks.
Figure 250-400$, depending on how nice the rifle/brand is I can offer more.
