PSA has an FDE lower for $119 and a black one for the same price. Also an upper for $169 minus BCG and Charging handle. Coastal Farm and ranch and PSA have complete 16 inch rifles for $400 to $500.

But you can also get a lightly used Colt for around $800.00 or a Ruger for around $600.00 new or less used. What features do you want?

To be honest your best bang for the buck is new . Dealers are willing to bargain . Now is the best time to get an AR the market is soft so shop around once you narrow down your required choice . But pick up those magazines first while you can .
