Medical Training in WA?

I am currently certified as EMT-B, W-EMT, and MPIC and looking to attend some medical courses while home on leave around Jan. 12th - Feb. 10th time-frame. Are there any recommended training facilities/courses in Washington (Preferably the West Side)? I'll be home for roughly four weeks so it doesn't give me enough time for extended courses. The chick that does the Patriot Nurse's YouTube channel is going to be hosting a medical class in Yakima in April.

For $250 for a one-day course it better be gold...hope it meets your timeline and you can give me a review if it's worth the money or not.
