spent all of last week or so eating almost nothing but grass fed meat sticks and water. Supplemented with coffee. (Had cigarettes)

Lost a ton of weight and had plenty of energy to get through the day. Took some grass fed beef liver pills too.

Also, and in what I consider to be one of the only bright things to be going on today, there have been spotted beef jerky and meat sticks--even grassfed ones--at plaid pantry, and also in a yuge display at Sportsmans.

I consider that a friggin sign. Eat the stuff, Man. Eat nothing else and you'll be all right, if not also thrive.

I had allocated myself $100/day and spent much of that $ on my kids' entertainment, a mere fraction on my diet.

Note: i emphasized "grass-fed" because I don't like glyphosate on the grass/grains that the cows eat, as I believe it throws off your gut biome. Not everybody agrees on this point.

While I understand how hard it is to do what you did, I don't understand the cigarettes. Seems like 1 step forward and 2 steps back

Good Lord... this sounds terrible for your health.

The main problem I see with crash diets like this is that unless you plan on continuing with a diet of meat sticks and cigarettes, the weight loss isn't sustainable. IMO, permanent weightloss and getting healthy comes from an internal shift resulting in a lifestyle change.

Just got back from a trip to Africa and found that the Massi subsist exclusively on meat and blood from their cows. They certainly were healthy and fit.

All that salt is not good.

As far as cigs ? Well, at least you aren't vaping.
Salt and processed meat possibly with added nitrates and fillers... yeah. It wouldn't be my first choice. A protein diet I would take a slab of dead animal flesh over "meat sticks".

Anything in excess is unhealthy. Healthy and sustainable weight loss is about managing a well balanced diet and portion control. There are no shortcuts, IMHO.

(You know that vaping is a far healthier choice over the 1000's of chemicals and 250 different toxic compounds in cigs, right(?))

Vaping makes you look like a child.

At least smoking real cigarettes presents as hetero/masc.

Im wondering if the OPs account got hacked by one of his gamer kids... :p

Not a smoker but just curious, is there a way to buy pure tobacco leaves that arent full of the toxic chemicals and just roll your own?
