Feels solid but the internal weight does have very small play in it

Solid buffers are horrible. They do nothing to mitigate bolt bounce. They are produced because they are cheap. Any buffer should have recipricating weights. I have a box of old solid ones. Lol. You can remove the bumper to verify for certain
