I really despise a website that makes you install something to view it. I'm viewing on a military workstation right now, without Flashplayer. Can't even get past the splash screen. Sometimes you just don't want to watch someone's flash movie to get into their site.

They don't use it as a movie, they use it as the whole site from what it looks like. Which harms their SEO of course, and makes site users either turn off audio, or be subjected to their REALLY crappy audio clips.

No matter how good they actually are, sites like this is are a turn off and make them look like a fly by night to me.
