Marine Corps getting a small quanity of riflescopes

I saw this while viewing some recent government contracts.

The USMC - Quantico requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following:
LI 001:Sight System (Scope) NXS - 4.5x24MM - .25 MOA Zerostop Service Rifle Reticle - Part C564, 24, EA;
LI 002:XTRM - UNAMOUNT - Service Rifle Specific Model - Part #A430, 24, EA;

So they don't say what make, but you know they had one in mind, but just 24 of them and mounts
