There is an article about it here. His suspended indictment can be read here. The governments Motion of Limine may be read here. It sounds like the government's argument hinged upon changes he, allegedly, made to the brace, but it isn't totally clear from the available documents. He was, ultimately, acquitted, but still had to go through the process.
