Complete 223/556 m4 upper 16" barrel, ruger flip up sight on railed gas block and removable carry handle, generic bcg. not sure of the brand and don't see any obvious markings. Has a few blemishes but doesn't appear to have been used much. i put a different upper together so this is extra.
