Isn't that the place where they freak out for pointing your gun over their berm?
Yes, it is. I took the class about 2 years ago. For context, I've taken lots of training courses with well known instructors (but am still a pretty crappy shooter). Although the class was on the basic side, Overall I feel it was $225 well spent. I learned things that I was not aware of with regard to running a handheld light along with a pistol. It was convenient for me, because I am a member at TCGC and it's pretty close to my house. I would not travel 3 hours and get a hotel room to attend this class.

Wear thick socks, the gravel at TCGC sucks all the heat from your feet.

My question is who is Terry Marles and what are his bona fides/qualifications? Former LE, military, old geezer with a gun, what? The only thing I can find online states:

"Lead Instructor
Full bio is inbound. But don't worry... Terry is an extremely qualified, well-liked instructor"

And that is on a site with the "Lead Instructor, Founder" is a chick posing on helicopter carrying a AR without sights or an optic.

For example, the last LL class I took was a Steve Fisher Sentinel Concepts LL shotgun class for $275 up at FAS and it's pretty easy to figure out who he is and has done.

I took an abbreviated LL class with him when TCGC used to have a ladies league. It was very well run and very beneficial. He is a good instructor. Can't address the full course although a friend of mine took it and thought it very worthwhile.

Thanks, I appreciate it!

I agree, and should have mentioned, that the course was well run.
