Looking for remote bait fishing in or near King County

Hi All, I've been in Washington for several years, but don't have the time to research spots on my own. I used to go hiking and fishing (rainbow & cutthroat) when I lived in South Lake Tahoe, CA, and would like to do that here in Washington. Also would like to take my kids someday.

I live in King County, and don't mind a small drive <1hr to go fishing. I also don't mind hiking 2-3 miles into a lake if needed. I also prefer to get away from the crowds if I can. Last time I tried a lake, there were tons of people as it turned out to be a popular hike. If anyone has any spots they'd be willing to share, I'd love to hear about them.
