That is a very unique stock, and unfortunately probably one that got replaced. My guess is that if it still exists it is being kept by some smith somewhere as a conversation piece.
 
I did a quick google reverse image search but only one stock looked similar but it had finger grooves. Good luck.

Action? Trigger guard appears Sako?. An estimate of the date it was built would help. Any info on possible location of the smith?

Rudy Mertz was a renown gun-builder, wood carver, and world-class engraver that lived in Banks, Or. Passed away in the early '90's.

Herb Mueller in Forest Grove was also a top-drawer builder, partnered with his son, Kurt. Don't know them to do carving, though.

Cast your bread far and wide...SOMEBODY's seen that gun. Contact the custom gun makers associations, guilds, etc.
