Looking for Gunsmith to blue a barrel - PROFESSIONAL

Looking to re-blue my first rifle, a Marlin Model 15YN. I already have it mostly stripped. Looking for a professional to restore it. Needs to be completed by ~November 17th. Not sure if you can quote me out just based on pictures, but I will post them just in case. Please forgive the filthiness of the firearm, I literally have never had it apart, been in storage for ~25 years. I will re-assemble firearm myself.

I pay cash and am easy to work with. Also, I mention re-bluing but if you have a better idea how to make it beautiful again I am open to options.
