Why do you want the extra velocity? Are your normal speed .223s not killing squeeks? Just curious. I have found that there are some few specific reasons to strive for the most speed, but normally a good solid accurate load, which you have, is really what you want. Less powder means less money, lower recoil (probably not a problem here... ), and better barrel life.

And in my experience they are just as dead... That having been said, I use a .204 unless the farmer forces .22.
