Good morning does any body know of a good sig expert here in Portland?
The issue I'm having is with my 229 has high round count won't always fire.
Looks like soft firing pin hits.
But if you do the pencil test it throws it out of the barrel.

Just a suggestion if you haven't thought of it. Try cleaning out the firing pin channel. If it's high mileage, you could easily get enough crud built up there to impede the pin from fully impacting the primer.
