Looking for a gunsmith to swap night sights on XD 40

I apologize if this is in the wrong thread.

As the title says I am looking for an experienced gunsmith who can remove the old sights and install night sights on an XD 40 sub compact.
I have read they are extremely difficult to remove and would like any help or point in the right direction to someone experienced with changing sights on xd.
