It shows up in gun shows relatively regularly. CCI runs a batch every few years, and so did (does?) Winchester, as a result of so many of the pump Winchester guns surviving and still shooting. Aguila also loads it, and as @Tikka308 advised, I saw it in Sportsmans HB recently.

If you are shooting it in a rifle, all these modern loads work just fine. If you are shooting it in a revolver from that era (Colt's double action for example), avoid the jacketed stuff (CCI). The jacket may shed at the forcing cone. Shoot lead only in these guns.

The cartridge serves a valuable dual role as a .22WMR "heavy, slow" load when the destructive power of the Magnum cartridge is not desired. Chamber and bore diameters are compatible, and surprisingly accurate (some WMR guns shoot better with WRF!).

You'll find it. Plan on $15 (or more) for a box of 50. Buy all you can afford toward a stockpile of what you will need for the duration of time you will own and shoot the gun. It quite well could be on the "short list" of stuff not to be made any more.
