    SF= short frame. It means the trigger reach is shorter.

    huh? i thought it was slim frame since the mag is a single stack - is that not right?

    It's short frame, because the grip is shorter, not thinner. It isn't single stack.

    I have a 21SF (.45 ACP).

    Holds 13 rounds in the mag.

    sf=short frame....the grip length from backstrap towards the trigger was shortened for folks with smaller hands....30sf is a double stack..
