And why scantily clad with children and friends in the house?

And yes, I have considered the possibility her of changing cloths, or maybe gettng ready for something else but it still seems a bit odd for the situation.

However from the 'neck up' she is nearly an EXACT twin of a gal I know In LaPine. (including the fake eyelashes...)
FWIW, Scantly clad in Miami isn't the same thing as scantly clad in Portland... :s0062:

The wife grabbed the gun, but could not operate it - it was a 45, and she wasn't able to reach the trigger while keeping the grip safety depressed, probably due to the size of the grip.
I know you are just quoting, so this is not directed at you (I saw this info as well), bit the not able to shoot a 1911 because she could not activate the grip Safety and reach the trigger is suspect to me. My 5'2" bride shoots her 5" 45 just fine. We bring them to classes and let ladies try them...they are fine.

Beretta 92, 2011s, or Sig 226 and several others can be challenging for some with smaller hands. Simply not knowing how to use it (i.e., thumb safety) would make more sense. Very sus situation.

If it's a 1911 then I would agree. I assumed it was a double-stack 45 with grip safety like the XD or XDM. I know those have a pretty thick grip on them.

Which is funny because I'd bet she specializes in fine motor skills…..
