I know that this is not firearm related, though it does involve Chpt 9.41 RCW. Reps. Appleton and Ladenburg have proposed amending Chpt 9.41 RCW to make it illegal to:

"Furtively carries with intent to conceal any knife having a blade longer than three and one-half inches, pistol, or other dangerous weapon;"

The current language says "dagger or dirk". How nmany of you have a knife on you right now that has a blade that is longer than 3.5 inches. Also, what does it mean to "furtively carry with intnet to conceal"? Does that include my pocket, or clipped to my belt under my coat or shirt?
