Kimber 1911 Stainless II, bobtailed

Off to Gunbroker it goes.

I was reminded that the term is actually "bobtail," not "round butt."

Kimber Stainless II, tail bobbed by Springfield Armory, Alumagrips, three magazines (including a couple old school gamer mags).

Add another magazine and 100 rounds of .45 ammo if FTF this weekend (March 30th).

This is the 5" bbl., full size version.

No round-o-meter installed, but not more than 500 rounds or so.

$950, FTF in Oregon, sales/trades *will* require quick peek at Oregon DL. Not writing any numbers down or bill of sale-ing it....just a quick residency confirmation.

Will look at possible trades, plus cash: 6" S&W 629 (higher dash) or maybe a 4" S&W 329, S&W 325, or 4" S&W .22 Magnum.

And am always willing to look at any offers - worst I will do is a polite "No thank you."

I would snatch it up quickly if you're in LA area! The bobtail is a very nice addition; however, it makes the pistol "off list" for us! GLWS.
