Kawasaki 500 street bike

I have a 1989 Kawasaki EX500. It is a rebuild and I don't know the actual miles. It is bright red, front tire is nearly new and the back is about 60%. It runs strong, has a clear title but no plate. These get 50 to 60 mpg and will go 115 mph. Gas is going up again. asking $650 for now.
