ok, so I'm not paying for an NRA membership.

I purchased a handgun and decided to take Taurus up on their offer:

Yeah I'm a cheap turd. Figure this way I can buy at least one new gun from a dealer under the Taurus brand and get a free membership (or have my next years renewed).

Too cheap to pay for it on my own.

As a side note, normally I round up at checkout on Midway.
I still need to make some donations to OFF.

@Dyjital Let us know when you get your NRA membership number.

I got a membership thru the Shooting USA web site, I had no number 8 weeks later, had to bug them.
Without the membership number, you can't get the included gun insurance.

I am a lifetime member. I figure as most ranges require a NRA membership it is worth it in the end. And yes the insurance is also good just in case.

I'm a member and still send them money when I can afford it, that's the whole point. Without financial support, there's no NRA.
