glad to hear but "hammered" doesnt describe the punishment. he got off too easy. IMO.
this guy doesnt care if he had a license or not. it was thrill killing. like WTF. i, like many others have spent countless time out in the woods spending countless amounts of money only to never kill an elk.
poachers like this need to be in the slammer for a year or more with a felony charge.
