Jm pro moss. best choke, limbsaver?, and flash suppresor?

does anyone know of a good flash suppresor for this 12 gauge that will adapt to the threaded barel for chokes.. not sure it can be done. just started looking into it. or is this a custom fit thing. any help with any after market chokes as far as what would be used for 3 gun. i have first match next month....

I also need to know if anyone has experience with the slip on limb savers or kick eez. what works best on the allready soft buttstock that comes with it stock. have not purchased any yet and am waiting for input before i do anything . thanks.everyone
