I'm pretty sure TP9s are legal in WA State but do not hold me accountable for my words. If it's shorter than 16in, takes a magazine in the grip rather than somewhere else (like any rifle) and has no brace/stock it's definitely just a handgun

$2500 bucks for a white, polymer 'SBR' with a plastic see through mag? (but looks more like a pistol with a forward grip & folding stock)

Yes they are but look into B&T vs B&T USA battles rn. They won't warranty new guns

WA classes semiauto pistols as assault weapons if they have a second handgrip (among a few other "gotcha" features).

Sold as SBR. SBR's can have vertical foregrips.

I would doubt it would get approved by ATF for transfer in WA.

The linked item is an SBR. Stock or no, that specific firearm is not a pistol. The point is moot, though, I suppose.
