OR- combine those ideas- M16, with underslung m203, with underslung TP9 - the ULTIMATE gun turducken! ;-)

"Say hello to my little friends LITTLE FRIEND!!"
I may or may not do something as funny as that…. Can you say "4 calibers in one gun"? Watch this space… :s0112:

Not gonna do this one bit had crazy idea of 2 behives mounted under barrel which would be 30 rounds of 22lr. Similar to this airsoft thingy. But of course would have to have a fat and long suppressor mounted. :s0112:

Not worth the time or hassle but I have some other Larping/BS ideas. I think sometimes ppl forget guns are fun hobby and get too caught up in self defense and "modern warrior maximum tactical advantage" stuff only (not talking about you).

Good to go as a pistol. As an SBR, no joy. Its about the only B&T we can sell.
As much as the WA laws suck, that is pretty cool these are allowed. Guessing due to the muzzle not technically being threaded allows that. B&t should focus on WA sales, as I bet that makes it one of the very few PCCs allowed with the new laws. . .

Yes, the one showed is an SBR. The pistol version is OK, which would not allow the vertical foregrip under current ATF rules.
Q for you, I think (I may be wrong) people can sbr existing pistols in WA. But do they have to be pistols that were grandfathered before the law?

I guess my question is, "does atf deny the sbr application for any pistol that would include WA-prohibited elements?" Or only for post-AWB acquired pistols?

Thx for your time Dan, might help clarify for soem WA members. And again I may be wrong that WA residents can create SBRs currently.

Yes and no. You may have to file 3 or 4 times. Some examiners will approve them, others won't.

They will deny a semi auto pistol becoming an SBR, as you're making a NEW semi auto rifle. The SHOULD approve an existing semi auto rifle, but as stated above....some will approve it, some won't. File multiple times until its approved. It's legal, some ATF contractors are just to dense to comprehend the law.

Excellent info. Confirmed what I thought about the 3-4 times thing, but I didn't know about pistols. Thx much!

P.s kind of similar to vendors. Some don't bother to actually learn what is legal and simply deny things out of hand. For example some vendors still won't ship standard cap mags to OR
