Yup, sure is, Del-ton makes some good stuff. My upper is from them, normally it's $395 for the upper, it's an additional $45 for the chrome lined barrel upgrade. Buying that setup new direct from them, you're looking at $440+ shipping. If you can get it for $325 I'd say to go for it.
