iOS Safari Oditty

Hey @Joe Link,

I have noticed over the last two weeks (or so) that while using Safari on my iPhone-6s that when trying to use the two "navigation arrows/carrots" that show up on the upper right of the virtual keyboard (in landscape orientation) cause the entire webpage to scroll down to the "post a poll" boxes (and beyond)... weird.

I'm running iOS 10.0.2

Landscape is only for taking photos and videos.

I rarely use it or I'd chime in about it - but I use it vertically.

Adding emoji makes my screen jump to the top of my post though...
