I have a Interceptor OTV (outer tactical vest) military issue body armor vest in digicamo. This comes with plates that withstand shrapnel and 9mm submachingun rnds. It comes with the neck yolk. It is a size small but it does fit me and I am 5'9" and 175 lbs. It is made by BAE systems.
I am selling this for a friend that got it on trade at a gunshow, and he is into around $450 but will take all offers around $300.
