Fixed Including another member(s) in PM that was initiated by one member to another member

I received a nasty PM from a newish member this morning. I went ahead and politely responded but if I wanted to include another member in the PM exchange, is that possible? He initiated the conversation and nobody else was included.

Over on the right side of the convo window there should be an option to add (invite more) others to the convo. right below the list of participants.

Interesting what device were you using when that screenshot was taken?

That is strange I will fire up my laptop tonight before work and see if it shows up on there but I am pretty sure it wasn't there either.

Different subject but as a moderator are you able to see the supporting vendor history of a member or is that info for Joe's eyes only? I wanted to know if a member was a supporting vendor previously and just let their supporting vendor status lapse?

I'm guessing @deadeye has different options in his inbox than you do @arakboss because of his staff member status. I don't see it an as an option when I open my inbox messages either.

Joe has sole control of the supporting vendor info/accounts.

In your convo do you have a "settings" at the top that has a drop menu? If so click that and select allow others to invite others.

We may have different controls but members have invited staff into their convo's before so I assume that there is a way. You can always report the convo using the report feature and can see it.

Maybe @Joe Link can let us all know.......... There is definitely differences on phone apps and there is no mention of how to do this in the directions for conversations either.
