What is the ratio of primers to pounds of powder?

Based off of current prices, I would say 2lb to 1k but if you have something in mind I am open to offers. Worst I can say is no. the 3k winchester large pistol primers may be spoken for, I am currently in negotiation and logistics with another member at the moment.
