I'm thinking they arrested the wrong person!!!!!!!!!

No one is bringing up the fact that phones have "airplane mode" which turns off the radio function and allows you to still use other features on the phone. Havent read anywhere as to if the phone was truly on or in airplane mode? I have been on may flights where they tell you to make sure your phones radio function is turned off and some they ask you to put them away. In any case, I think the airline should have been handling this situation.
