I'm still thankful -- Happy Thanksgiving

With all of the problems and issues swirling around us today, there is a lot to get lost in. War, politics, hatred and just plain dumb. Easy to lose our sense of what is good and right, get caught up in all that is wrong.

And to quote Bill Murry in "Meatballs", "It just doesn't matter...."

I am very, very thankful this day. And a big thank you to those who helped make this day of remembrance possible. For those who have to work on Thanksgiving day, thank you and a pox on your bosses who should be more thankful.

Ya'll have a good turkey day and I hope you are as glad for the day as I am.

And the really great thing is, we don't need just one day to be thankful. Being thankful is just like being a Christian, it's not something you do, it is who you are.
