IHC M1 Garand (1953) 30-06, CMP papers. All period correct IHC parts with the exception of the bolt and Op Rod which are SA. Barrel is LMR 3-53 with a muzzle and throat reading of 2 and 3 respectively. Stock is in very good condition with some dings and scratches from actual use. A number "42" is carved on the rear end of the rear hand guard, directly in front of the receiver. The stock has the Ordnance escutcheon emblem, "P" proof firing mark, and a 4-digit stamped number in the barrel channel. Web sling is a reproduction. Includes an authentic M1 bayonet and a sealed tin of 192 RDS USGI Twin Cities M2 ball from 1953.
