I love left over turkey!

On Thanksgiving morning I deep fried a turkey for our dinner. My wife wanted to make sure we had leftovers and bought a 19lb turkey. Yeah, there's 4 of us at Thanksgiving dinner...
Tonite I'm having a late, snaking kind of dinner and it's re-heated turkey.

Kind of like stew a couple of days later, I don't think it gets any better than this!

Smoked a bird on the Green Egg Saturday. Delicious!
Traditional turkey dinner that night, turkey sandwich Sunday for lunch, turkey tetrazzini Sunday dinner AND today's lunch, and another turkey sammich tonight. Bird gone now.
Damn...I need to cook more turkeys!

I think I have had Thanksgiving dinner like five times in the last week. I am done. However, I did freeze the drumsticks for my son and I to munch on later after we recover from turkey overload.
