Almost. Either I supply the core or you do. I buy these things off gunbroker all the time. I build/machine/ finish etc. I file a form 2 telling the ATF I did it. I then file a form 3 to transfer to your dealer. THEN you file a form 4 . Ive seen same day approval times lately if your'e doing individual and have electronic prints.

HDM/s Prices are a thousand for customer supplied guns but there can be additional costs if part replacement is needed. It happens in 80 year old guns or 1500 outright turn key. NO ONE sells that cheap and the quality is second to none
