Bought another SKS. Why do I do this? Brother. I've owned and sold several, never liked the trigger or the weight. Got a good buy on a Romanian, looks unfired but has a no-numberd stock. I guess it must be a replacement stock. Took into the woods Sunday and was surprised at how well it shot. I made one small front sight adjustment. It will hit clay pidgins at 60 yards and that's all I ask. Nice gun and a sweet shooter...until I breakout an AR.

Anybody else ever swear off a gun and then buy it again?

Kinda sounds like getting back with my ex so she can tell me I'm a jerk and dump me again. Rinse repeat. She'll be back.

I really liked the Yugo I had to sell years ago, had that and a paratrooper Chinese 26 or 56 - whichever was the more desirable.

Sold them both because of life years ago but as much as I loved the size of the paratrooper, the extra weight of the Yugo made it a much more pleasant shooter.

Both would hit a clay on a berm 100+ yards away with stock irons.
