I don't see CCP permit requirements in it either but this is just a HYPOTHETICAL question is all......

You asked a question, I answered it. If you don't like my answer maybe you should only ask questions of those who act/think like you.

INCLUDES means just what it does. The background check requirements still apply. That part doesn't change.

The ONLY thing that would change is the ADDITION of a safety and law course. It would not ELIMINATE the CURRENT background check/4473 requirements.

Like I said previously - think of it as a Hunters Safety course being needed before being able to get a hunting license.

I think you misunderstood me as I never said I DIDN'T like your answer and was in fact supporting it by saying I didn't see any 'CCP requirements' in the Constitution either.

Like I said my question is a HYPOTHETICAL scenario - and not a personal opinion or position of mine.
