Interesting dichotomy. He says , "I stand by the Second Amendment and everybody's constitutional rights" but he's also willing to enforce a red flag confiscation order. Maybe he should have said "I stand by the second amendment until a judge orders me to violate it without the accused having the benefit of due process."

To anyone in Humboldt county who may be reading this, I would suggest replacing your sheriff with one that has more backbone since the sheriff you have obviously doesn't have one.
