So far the story goes like this...

Some fireworks [storage]/[factory] caught fire and went off... The first explosion at [fireworks] location destroyed some fuel storage tanks.. Then there was a huge storage of ammonium nitrate nearby that was then set off...That was the big bang.

Wow that was a huge second explosion. :eek:.A mushroom cloud that blew all of smoke away and you can see, hear and feel the shockwave in some of the video.
 
How is it that there are only 10 people dead from that??? That blast and the resultant shock wave's destruction looks like the death toll should be in the hundreds! :eek:

That wasn't smoke in that big white cloud.
That was the thermal shear from the shock wave alone. All the humidity in the ambient air was suddenly compressed and what we saw was the few moments of that vapor literally squeezed from the air before it was reabsorbed. :eek:
