How to generate LIKE's (a pointless exercise...)

I have noticed a few users have double or triple the number of Likes Received than their number of messages. Are folks like @etrain16 funnier than me? @Kruejl wittier than me? @308 wiser than me? @Ura-Ki more ninja? All quite likely, I'm sure. Am I dull and lackluster? Should I post memes, or gun porn, or pithy witticisms? What can I do to attract Likes? Because I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.

Be honest with what you say. Try to be accurate. Only post what you have done or know to be true. Never take yourself seriously but take what you do seriously. Try to be light hearted. Never post if you are pis ... sed off about something or if you are having a bad physical day. I for one am not in it for a popularity contest but trying instead to pass stuff forward. What little there is! Yikes!

Yep, the only time I get an arguing tone is when I'm proposing freedom, or rights, or the foundations of our republic. I never fight anyone's love for a Kimber 1911, or someone's need to compulsively press check, or if they post a kitten picture... Life is too short to argue over inanity. Good points, @HB of CJ!

I am not in it for populariity like many on fb, I just can't control my emotions nor my mouth (fingers).... truth be known I've been a court jester all my life....
