When you have sold all items in a classifieds ad, you should close it, per forum rules. Also, you may have started a discussion thread and no longer want the discussion to continue. Here's how you close your threads/ads.
Go to the thread or ad you started and open it up. Click on the drop down menu "Thread Tools"
When the drop down menu appears, simply un-check the box next to "Open". It should automatically update the thread/ad and it is now closed. You can see there also options there to edit the title of your thread/ad and add a poll if you wanted to do so. Bonus.
