Hot weather is one more reason to cook outside on the grill. I think I can cook almost anything that I cook on the stovetop out on the grill, using the same pans. Temperature control is more ... challenging.

Heh..just asked Alexa what the forecast for Tuesday is in Salem...110.

Most other forecasts show 104 to 105. I'm guessing modern weather science can predictably forecast that it will be above 95 and below 120.

It was hot enough to get a half pound Shrimp Cocktail at Chucks Seafood and then go down to Sunset Bay to eat it and let my Dog play in the ocean for a while. Mid 70's there and still got a sun burn.

Smoke and Mirrors.

They tell you, oh no it broke a record from 1945, so that means one time in 80 years it broke the record and that is news worthy?
Being most references are always in the last 100 years or less this is a, well stupid way to judge extremes.

Their are cities they find 100's of feed under water? Meaning their was a time in humanity there was more water and less at the ice caps.
No only that they find whale bones in the Sahara and Australia a 1000 mile inland.

The plan is a living organism, why is this so hard to grasp? And its going to move and fluctuate.

Stop feeding the hype. The planet is doing what it always does. Survives, whether we get to, is a roll of the dice.
Enjoy life and stop sweating how hot it is ( see what I did there).
