Holosun registering issue

Been trying to register my new Holosun but keep getting email error. Anybody have or had this issue. Can't even send them a message or register for an account as it won't take my email.

Possibly the email field in the registration as well as the customer support section is case sensitive , try all lower case ......

Done that...Messaged them.on social media as well. Calling them next.

You'd think they'd post something on their website or social media so their customers would have a head's up.

What's odd is my buddy registered one during the time I was trying and he got right through.

That is probably going to be a headache to troubleshoot. I hate trying to fix intermittent problems that only impact some users. . .
