Anyone have this sight mounted on your AR? If you do, how's it been standing up to use? Been kind of considering one for a range toy I've assembled since an Eotech is more than I want to spend, and is currently a bit out of my price range anyway. Thoughts appreciated!

I've had two for about 3 years or so. Never a problem with either of them. One is 556 and the other is 9mm. Have a friend with several of them and he hasn't had any problems either. Quite a few people shooting steel challenge with 9mm PCC's have them as well. Never any complaints about the "jumbo trons".

"Jumbo trons"...... :s0140:

Do they make those in a 16:9 screen ratio with 160hz refresh rate? :D

I bought one around 6 or 7 years ago, and ran it for a short while on a .358 Winchester large frame where it developed problems. Warranty service back then was terrible, but I believe that they've made their terms and conditions more consumer friendly since then. It was repaired (battery tray contacts), and I now run it on a 5.56 AR-15. I do like the features, and it has held up since.

I do, and I love it - especially with the 3x magnifier. I would recommend getting the riser; going to order it myself this weekend.

Appreciate all the responses! I've been watching some more videos on the optic and think I'm going to give it a go. I am going to go for the green reticle though as that suits my eyes better. I may go with a magnifier but, that'll be down the road. Like I stated, it's going on a range toy but, that could play as a backup in time of emergency.

Green is definitely the way to go.

Mine was pretty good when I used it. Had no issue but now it sits since I got an EOTECH.
