This is a HK91/G3 A3 stock with the (proprietary and rare) collapsible recoil assembly for short barrel PDR style guns.
PTR makes a lot of these 308/7.62 NATO guns and sells them in pistol format. Once you SBR the gun, you can run one of these. I upgraded the buffer to mitigate recoil - https://triggerwork.net/hkbuffer.html
