There was another post about finding ammunition in the area, and there might be some outdated information floating around.

High Desert Cartridge Company.

We started 6 years ago and are located at 915 South Columbus, in Goldendale Washington

We produce over 60 different loads within over 30 calibers, and still adding on. We use computer controlled automated machines that are able to produce around 250,000 rounds per month.

In our 6 years, we have been mentioned in numerous articles both online and print, podcasts, videos, blogs and other owned websites. We provide ammunition to some of the top firearms trainers in the nation, and have recently been chosen to provide ammunition to Smith and Wesson for two of their new revolver releases for 2026.

We have a small outlet store that is open Monday through Friday from noon to 5:30 If you see a car parked there, we are there. If you see the flag flying…we're open.

Our hours have been more regular the last year, as we've brought on more people, with one new hire this week.

We process 4-6 orders everyday and ship all over the country, which is the bulk of our sales.

We are a huge player in the niche area of specialized ammunition, but we are also an extremely small company compared to other ammunition manufacturers.

I'll be posting links to videos and articles where we are mentioned, so you can get a feel of all what we do and have done.

If you have any questions, fire away…pun intended? Kinda, sorta, roughly…

Congrats on getting your business up and running strong!
Any plans to produce 40 S&W?
Do you have any contingency plans for moving to a free state should the Washington overlords put in place manufacturing restrictions on ammo?

Interesting stuff. I read the online "Revolver Guy" article about the company. I've been loading magnum revolver cartridges down to comfortable levels for many years and I'm glad to see High Desert is making them commercially available. I like that High Desert has a range of .32 revolver cartridges that are otherwise difficult for shooters to find.
