Yea, I read watched a couple reviews on these when they first came out and all were pretty positive.

My first thought was it was going to be a replacement for the Long Ranger which at first didn't have the best of reviews but I see it is still offered.

I originally was considering one of them (Long Ranger) and happened upon a couple in an LGS in Burns one day but wasn't too impressed with them.

I'm kinda so-so on the no exposed hammer of the Supreme but thats a personal issue and NOT a condemnation of the rifle.

Regardless I hope to see one someday and handle it. They do look pretty nice!

I saw one on Gun Deals yesterday. Intriguing. I would need to shoot a Long Ranger and look at it compared to my Browning BLR (.308). I am guessing that the Henry is not quite up to Browning quality levels.

I would prefer one in 5.56 though. Unfortunately Browning discontinued the .223 BLR and I have not seen one used/etc. anywhere - yet.

Possibly not compared to older BLRs but some of the later ones I have seen were not near as good (as the earlier ones)

Still I would have to see and hold a Henry Supreme first before I made a decision. I am a 'mediocre' fan of Henry (own one) but they are 'hit and miss' from gun to gun as I have seen many over the years.

Looks like something I need in the safe. I'm into weird/odd firearms and this fits that category.

Reading the mfr description it states "capable" of sub moa accuracy.
Could be, with good ammo. Heck my .357 BB shoots incredibly well however I wouldn't call them 'weird/odd' necessarily. Kinda BLRish in a way minus the hammer.

Personally I like the design and I am a 'traditionalist' when it comes to lever actions!

I called it weird as it is a lever action that takes AR mags, otherwise pretty standard fare.

Are 300blk threaded lever with wood furniture common? I had no idea. 300blk threaded is the only one I woudl be interested in and not one of those plastic forend tactical looking things, those are definitely not for me.

I have three other threaded wood furniture lever guns in my safes, I'd call it pretty standard fare around my house.

Are they in 300BLk with threaded barrel? Let me know what brands if so cuz I'm interested in getting one. Thx!

I thought about getting one I can shoot 44 special suppressed in but then I woudl have to get another suppressor which I would rather not do. I wouldn't mind getting a mares leg in 44 then sbring it to add reg stock after Jan 1. But don't want to buy another suppressor.

None of mine are in 300blk, just the usual suspects like 44, 357, and 30-30

There is another thread on the Henry 300BO from around the time they were announced. This has been at the top of my buy list but I have not come across the right opportunity to add it to the collection. I will pick one up when the time and deal is right.

I would buy one if they weren't $1000.
I don't know it thats necessarily a 'terribly' high price - for what it is and compared to other guns.

Yea, Henry may not have the BEST reputation but overall they are pretty well made with very good customer service, at least they USED to last time I heard but I have no current experience, or any with them for that matter.

$1000 is pretty much what any Center-fire lever gun made in the USA goes for. Even previously owned in good shape ones. Even the ones made in Brazil go near $800. There are some cheaper ones made in Turkey, but I won't give those Hamas supporters my money.
